When does free UK delivery apply?

Always. UK delivery is free on every order, whatever you spend - there is no minimum and nothing extra appears at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most UK orders arrive within about 6-14 days from when you place your order, and products stocked in the UK typically arrive in 3-10 days - this covers preparing and dispatching your order, then delivery, and the estimate for each item is shown on its product page. International delivery varies by destination. As soon as your order is dispatched we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

What is your returns and refund policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and return an item (return postage is covered by you). If anything arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect within 30 days of delivery, we’ll put it right with a full refund or free replacement - including delivery. Please contact us first and we’ll guide you through it. Full details are in our returns & refunds policy.

What if I order the wrong size or item?

No problem - message us and we’ll help you find the right size or product, or arrange an exchange or return. For harnesses, collars, and clothing, check the size guide on the product page before ordering to get the best fit first time.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes. We deliver across the EU and to many other countries, and the exact rate for your address and items is always shown at checkout before you pay. Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to local import duties or taxes set by the destination country - these aren’t included in our prices.

What payment methods can I use, and is checkout secure?

Checkout is fully secure and handled by Shopify. You can pay with major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your card details.

Can I buy without creating an account?

Yes. You can check out as a guest and complete your order without creating a store account.

Are discounts and offers applied automatically?

Yes - any active offers are applied for you automatically at checkout, so there are no codes to hunt for. UK delivery is already free on every order, so there is no threshold to reach.
